FH8563 is a multi-function clock/calendar chip with I2C bus communication mode and low power consumption introduced by ForDevices. FH8563 has a variety of alarm functions, timing functions, clock output functions, and interrupt output functions to complete a variety of complex timing services; it can even provide MCU with watchdog circuit functions. The internal clock circuit, oscillating circuit, low-voltage detection circuit (1.0V) and two-wire I2C bus communication method not only simplify the circuit but also increase the reliability of the chip. FH8563 as a clock chip also solves the problem of the 2000 calendar. Therefore, FH8563 is a very cost-effective clock chip; it is widely used and has excellent compatibility (pcf8563/hym8563/at8563/RTC8563/BM8563).
